Exchanges
Our easy exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction, and we will do our best to make it right!
Delayed Delivery or Undelivered Orders
If you have not received your order or it has been delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us at contact@elianasfashionboutique.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Please note that once a package has been shipped, it is no longer possible for us to cancel the order.
Returns

All sale items are final — no returns or exchanges are accepted for sale merchandise.
Due to hygiene standards, white garments, swimwear, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
Returned within 7 days of delivery.
Unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
Shipped back at the customer’s expense with a valid tracking number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, a store credit will be issued in the amount of the original purchase, allowing you to select another item from our boutique.

Order Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please email us at contact@elianasfashionboutique.com.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been placed.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Packages
Eliana’s Fashion Boutique is not responsible for any packages that are returned to us as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer.
